FieldIQ Rollout Plan
The rollout of FieldIQ will begin with an official announcement at the TFO events on 6th and 7th February, followed by two clear phases to ensure everyone is properly supported and the app is used consistently.

The announcement is about awareness and visibility. We’ll introduce what FieldIQ is, why it’s being rolled out, and what to expect next.
No action is required from Brand Ambassadors at this point.
Timeline
PHASE1: 9-15th February 2025
Leadership, Owner & Super User Training
This phase focuses on Owners, leaders, and nominated Super Users. Training will cover how FieldIQ works, what good usage looks like, how to interpret the data, and how to support Brand Ambassadors effectively. By the end of this phase, leaders should feel confident guiding their teams through rollout.
PHASE 2: 16th February onwards
Brand Ambassador Training & Adoption
Brand Ambassador training begins from this point onwards. This includes how to download FieldIQ, how to use it day to day in the field, and where to find help and support. Ongoing guidance and materials will be available to support adoption and build confidence over time.

FieldIQ Project Delivery Team
FieldIQ was built with input from Brand Ambassadors and field leaders, based on how the job actually works in the field, not on theory. It has been delivered by a cross-group team who genuinely care about improving the day-to-day experience and outcomes for our Ambassadors.

You’ll meet the team during rollout and training, and they’ll be on hand to support you as you start using the app.
