Company Administrator

TFO Group is an international group specialising in innovative Direct Sales consultancy, operations and technology throughout Europe.  Through our portfolio of brands, TFO Group offers end-to-end Sales and Marketing solutions, transforming the way our clients acquire customers.  The business is headquartered in Dublin (Sandyford, Dublin 18), and whilst we have curtailed travel due to COVID, in the future regular European travel will be required for minuting regular Board Meetings to grow. Position Summary:

The Group is looking for an Administrator with strong Minute Taking, Organisation and Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables being a particular skill) to provide administrative, reporting, organisation, and minuting of Board Meetings, reporting to an Irish based Director.  Our Core Values are the driving force of what we do, and we seek someone who understands and commits to the importance of company values.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of company expense accounts for several directors – this will involve collating, inputting of expenses through Concur Platform & liaising with the accounts department regarding invoicing and director’s expenses

  • Organisation of regular monthly Board Meetings – creation & distribution of Agendas, Minutes & Action Plans

  • Drafting monthly reports, from Excel Databases, for management team

  • Provide general administrative support to the Director


Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Required:

  • Excellence in Microsoft Office, with particular importance on Excel & Word

  • Experience in data management, with particular relevance to pivot tables / reporting outputs

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Flexible and approachable with a positive can-do attitude and ability to anticipate needs of others

  • Must have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, quick to learn, and the ability to work at sustained pace

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Value the group’s core values and add value as a team member

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the adaptability to change style and approach to suit the audience – from board level to sales teams

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.  French is a bonus but not essential


Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a Company Adminstrator role, reporting into C-Level Executives
