B2B Client Services Manager

 To develop and lead the strategy for new business (including through new client acquisition, expansion of activity with existing clients and opportunities for investment/equity partnerships) for the direct sales businesses within TFO Group. Establish and maintain relationships at a strategic / senior level with existing and potential clients to facilitate this. The Client Services Manager will create and maintain a network of senior sales and marketing contacts across a range of sectors with (potential) clients, investments and private equity companies.


The current key markets for this role are France and Belgium. The Client Services Manager will establish an effective working relationship with General Manager, Business Managers, Client Account Managers and Key Stakeholders within each market to be able to understand the key drivers behind each market and what makes a campaign work. The new business will consist of both single Brand dedicated campaigns and opportunities to represent multiple clients in a single sales interaction.

 COMPETENCIES:

  1. Fluent in English and French (Dutch or Flemish would be a plus).

  2. Self-educator.

  3. Ability to work with challenging individuals or teams.

  4. Structured and well organised.

  5. Confident and be comfortable to talk in large groups and lead/direct discussion.

  6. Ability to meet and present to C-Suite level individuals

  7. Good self-awareness and EI.

  8. Experience of working with diverse teams and cultures.

  9. Experience working in French and Belgium markets

  10. Existing business network within either France or Belgium (preferably both)


ACTIONS:

  • Work with the relevant stakeholders to evolve and implement the Business Development strategy of TFO group direct sales businesses

  • Identify potential growth industries (and clients) that would fit within TFO Group’s business model

  • Source contacts, conduct initial meetings and move suitable clients through the sales pipeline to testing phase –focusing on sectors identified as viable in consultation with relevant stakeholders

  • Establish relationships with senior contacts with existing clients, and explore opportunities for new / additional campaigns / activity / revenue streams

  • Provide feedback on current Business Development material and develop changes that would assist with the defined outcomes of this role

  • Work with the Communications Manager regarding PR strategy for each brand and how it can assist client acquisition
